Stone Porch
This project features: pebble top flagstone and dimensional stone slab steps.
Our responsibilities included: the stone installation as well as repairing the existing porch.
With a cold cellar beneath, additional work was required to waterproof the porch. The existing brick facade was removed, the exposed foundation was waterproofed and the bricks reinstalled.
The flagstone and coping were cut and finished from slabs to give the desired proportions and coping lengths. The veneer on the porch was cut and finished using the step material to give a uniform appearance throughout the vertical surfaces.
The first photo illustrates the placement of the ground protection methods we use to protect driveways. The planting is to be added by the homeowners and was not completed at the time of the photos.
